To make this belief a reality, our commitment to health, safety, and the environment must be central to all our business activities and be reflected in the behaviours and conducts of all employees.

At Geobrant Energy, Management shall show:
- Visible leadership and commitment through site visits, provision of funds for HSE resources and effective communication of the HSE intent
Employee & Contractor Responsibilities
At Geobrant Energy, employees and contractors shall:
- Use equipment as they are intended to be used
- Work in compliance with our standards, procedures, safe systems of work and core values
- Actively take part in any training provided and then work in line with that training
Everyone Working at Geobrant Energy Must Also
- Take personal responsibility for health, safety, and the environment.
- Value the protection of health and safety above other priorities.
- Lead by example.
- Comply with applicable legal and other relevant requirements.
- Set up and be aware of our HSE objectives.
- Identify, eliminate, and control hazards in the worksite.
- Know which rules and procedures apply to our work and comply with them.
- Ask for clarification if we are unsure about any instruction.
- Operate and maintain equipment in a condition most likely to ensure the health and safety of the team.
- Call a “Time Out for Safety” if we see an unsafe act or an unsafe condition so that the problem can be fixed.
Geobrant Energy top management understands that those in leadership positions are entrusted with the health and safety of the people who report to them and hence must maintain the highest level of empathy for their welfare to provide a safe system of work.
